Windows 98 and Apache,MySql and PHP?

I have a windows 98 machine with an AMD Athlon 600 MHZ CPU and 128 Megs of RAM. Can I install Apache, MySql and PHP on this machine successfully and if so what versions of each should I install. I believe the CPU should be OK but will I need more RAM memory? Just trying to learn how to use these and need a machine to load them on without using more modern machines I have. thanks
