Can anybody give me a HTML format for Outlook express signature?

Hi guys, can anybody give me some formats/codes on how to create a html signatures on outlook express?
I have a friend who is using html signature, its so cool because its not only colored but also moving and with pictures too.. can anybody give me some formats on how to create one? I would really appreciate it. If anybody can give me a better signature than this it will be a blast.
