Html Help For My Anime Site!!?

as u can see has a smal side bar on the left and a bigger box in the center. how do i add the small side bar to the other side of the bigger box? i dont fully understand it becuz i took the template off a blank template. HELP PLEASE!!

or learn it yourself, there are many sites offering html and css tutorial ...i printed my html and css tutorial data from http://htmldog.net <i dunno why. but i cant locate the site anymore>
