How do I get my google toolbar back that had my bookmarks on it?

Monday, every time I clicked on a link on my yahoo email, I was kicked off the internet by Internet Explorer. I contacted yahoo through a help section and they told me to go to internet options, advanced setting, browsing-clear the enable 3rd party internet browser extensions.This worked about not throwing me of the internet but took my google toolbar off and this had my bookmarks on it. I had alot and can not remember all that I had saved. Please help me to restore this. Teresa
