I have fingerprints that show in the federal database from when I was 16 years old.?

In Illinois, i was arrested when I was 16yo. The case was dismissed. Now as I go for a job, my fingerprints come up in the federal database. How can I get rid of my arrest record? Do I file for expungement at the Juvenile center I was taken to for prints and mug shot?

you know i use to have a criminal record now it's gone. BECAUSE I WENT TO COUSELING. try it. they will take away any record
