CSS Layout help?

I asked a question about uploading a layout and coding it correctly to use as a layout on my myspace page but the people who replied assumed that I was wanting to upload just an image or something to add to my page and that is NOT the case. I created a layout and sliced it etc etc in Photoshop, imported it into Dreamweaver and uploaded the layout onto the web. I just need help with the coding, if anyone has a site that shows some CCS tutorials or something I would GREATLY appreciate it, I would love to get this thing coded so I can put it on my myspace asap, thanks to anyone who can help!
