CSS Problem?

I've added a third column to a two column css layout and the divider image I used between the center column and the third column doesn't go to the bottom, it is detirmined by the content. I want it to reach the bottom regardless of content.

This is a problem with CSS styling, and the only way I've seen to do it is with JavaScript.
