CSS ok in Firefox, disaster in IE?

Why does my CSS look SOOOO different in IE??
It is super ok in Firefox but when we tried it out in IE, it looks crap...

Is there some fix for this?

there Two Total Diffrent Browsers

They View thing's Diffrently

Trie Making it look better on i.e and it might look the same on firefox

if not my suggestion is to make it look better on I.E Cause Most people Use it
