Mandy I Junior Member Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 1	How can someone not accept justice court papers for a summons? Can the server give it ("served") to the wife?? This is for montana. Can they serve it to the persons wife...at her work.. even though she is not involved? Or does it have to be the person whose name is on the summons only? This is for a gun and is only worth 150 dollars??
