I can access the website, I downloaded the poker program Full Tilt Poker, but when i go to open it up, it won't connect.

You can unblock websites (like myspace,facebook or bebo) with a proxy, here are a few :

http://facebooking.info
http://facefilter.info
http://faceschool.info
http://filterspace.info
http://idislike.info

Be sure to tell your friends or post them to your my space page or blog so others can enjoy.

My advice is to watch illegal or unauthorized activites in this area.... SEE
