Is it possible to transfer the company server of Quickbooks 2006 to another computer?

We are using Quickbooks here in our company, it is shared to other computers so we can work simultaneously. We have this computer as a server, i wonder if i can tranfers the company to other computer and make that computer as a new server, anyone knows how?Thanks for any help!
