Looking for a WoW Private server...?

I'm looking for a WoW Private server that has all these things:
-Instant 70
-No overpowered donor gear
-*Preferably* not custom weapons or gear
-Good Uptime
-Good player base (400+)
-Taxi/Teleporter

Please do not tell me to play retail because I prefer private servers. Also do not tell me WoWbeez because that server has shitty uptime and i just came from there.. hence why im looking for something similar.
