I Finally made my MS Server, now i have some questions.?

Ok, I have some questions
How do i do to put it "ON" (Cuz i wanna play it)
How do i do to change the MapleStory's Name?
Which Program do i need to open to Put it ON?

[< when i press a Bottom on C+++, it Puts
Characters........ DONE
Maps....... DONE
Skills...... DONe

Things like that, and all is done i double click the LocalHost.53 but it says the MS is Offline so i want to know how to put it online
