Maplestory guardian private server cant get in?

hi everyone well heres my question i download the maplestory guardian server it said it not able to connect i put it in my computer and put it in the maplestory folder but it still didnt work is there a way to play it i remember that to start it was like ams-copy to play it plz help ty
