How do I get more IRC Users to my server?

Yeah I just opened an IRC server irc.crysisanime.net, i've been trying to get people to go to it but they won't go to it, so how do i get more people to go to my server?

Advertise. Do not forcefully tell them to go. Do you have a specific reason that makes someone want to go to your IRC chat? Is there any reason yours is a better chat to go to than another one?
