Default Computer hardware problem, it overheats/...?

Well, I have a pentium 4 as CPU and NVIDIA GeForce 6200 Turbo Cache GPU, now a days, my computer overheats and turns off automatically, I've replaced the power supplier ( Mercury ) to a new Mercry power supplier, and yes it works, but only for sometime, when I play games, it turns off after around 4 minutes...I havee opened up the CPU and saw two fans, also now while running the computer I hear a click sound in the CPU, this occurs every 5 seconds...please help, this problem never happened before..It started to occur two days ago..

Oh and yes, it has a Thermally advantaged Chassis , when I checked the temperature of CPU it is 94degC using Fanspeed and the general temperature is 41 deg C, but intel website say the general temp has to be less than 39 deg C...

Make sure all of your fans are running when the computer is on by checking while "on" with the case open.
Use compressed air to blow the dust out of the heat sinks and off of the motherboard.
If all of this fails, read up on redoing the CPU heat sink mounting, which means taking the heat sink off, cleaning and reapplying thermal paste before putting it back on place.
Good luck.

It could be your Graphic card.
The NVIDIA usually come with a fan and they do sometimes cut out.
If your nvidia has a fan check the fan on it to see if its moving and if not replace the fan.
Does is cut off when your only playing games?

That clicking may be your hard disk. If the case fans are working, and the chip fan attached to the processor is spinning, (and a 2 degree difference sound like it's within tolerances to me), then you're hard disk may have a mechanical issue. Clicking sounds every few seconds generally indicates this.

Before you do anything else, make sure you've backed up everything you need to save off that disk. Then, I would consider replacing it. You can verify it's the disk by starting the system, then (if you can) place a couple of fingers on the top of the hard disk after you hear the clicking begin (make sure you touch the top, label part, not the bottom where the controller circuit might be exposed).

You should feel the clicking in your fingers. If you do, that hard disk isn't long for this world. Backup and replace it. Noises like that indicate physical problems with the mechanics, and are generally too expensive to fix.

As for the hot processor, you can always get a more powerful chip fan.
