does windows store the time at which any device (like audio jack/headset/mouse) is attached (or detached)? does it keep track of it and stores ?
if yes, plz. tell where? i want to know that if someone steals a mouse etc. from the comp room , then will i be able to track him by looking at the time when it was detached. the person who had the keys of comp at that time may have stolen it. |

As far as I know, no. I am pretty knowledgeable but I certainly don't know everything. I know that things like audio jacks it doesn't, or even mice that aren't USB. It could, potentially, keep track of anything USB or Firewire but as far as I know it doesn't.
