Default Upgrading Hardware w/ Vista Home Premium 64-Bit O.E.M.?

I would like to know if I would be able to upgrade my video card, while I'm using windows vista home premium 64-bit oem. I know oem does not like major hardware changes. I replace my 120g harddrive with a 500g during christmas having to reinstall vista. I had to call microsoft and reactivate my copy of windows. My current setup is as follows:
Amd 3800 x2 socket 939, asus a8n-sli premium, evga geforce 7600gt, and a-data 4gb ddr 400 pc3200 ram. I would like to upgrade my system with a nvidia gtx 260. Would they consider this a being a part of the major hardware change? I know cpu and motherboard would? Would it be as simple as just calling microsoft again? I would like to buy a new computer, but not right now. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
