If I am part of an AT&T Family Plan, can I add messaging and MEdia Net to just...

...my phone? I'm part of an AT&T Family Plan. No one on the plan has messaging or MEdia Net. Can I add those things to JUST MY PHONE monthly, or does it have to be added to all the phones or as part of the two-year plan?
