How Do I Hack/Cheat On Frugooscape.net (a private Server)?

I Was Wondering How I Can Do This Cuase I Have Been Wondering. Im very Poor on it, can any1 post a link to a download for a program that can change stats/dupe items?

Well this is for the normal frugooscape, above the games screen you will be able to see a search box. type the item you wont in it and it will give you a code for it E.G 2164. In the game type :ickup 2164 1 and then press enter and you will get the item. In Varrock there is a place with punching bags you can hit to get your attack level up and you search in the hay to get your defense level up. You get thousands of xp from doing that in a short amount of time. In the Varrock sewer there are wheels that you turn to get your strength level up. If you ever need to go to Lumbrige type ::resetmypos and you teleport to Lumbrige. To train your magic you get millions of runes and teleport to Varrock at level 1. To train range go to the top ( i think its the top) of Varrock castel use a dark bow and fire at the targets there.
