Why do some websites (Flurl or youtube, for instance) have search engines that...
...are not word-order capable? Like, for instance, on google, if you need to search for Three Men and a Baby, but you don't want it to find websites with all those words scattered around, far apart from each other, in no particular order, then you put quotation marks ("") around it and it will only find pages that specifically have the phrase "Three Men and a Baby", in exactly that order. But, Youtube, or Flurl, or tons of other websites that have their own search engine just ignore the quotes and find the words in any damned order they find them, which is extremely frustrating to me! Flurl, and tons of other sites, not only ignore word-order, but in many cases, they pull up results that only have to do with the first word, and ignore the subsequent words altogether. Why the hell would a programmer do this?! Especially for a site as big and powerful as Youtube?!?!? It just absolutely makes me pull my hair out!!!!
Especially frustrating when you're looking for pornography!
