Should I apply for the youtube partner program?

I have a total of 330,785 video views and have 578 subscribers.

get a site and direct traffic to it. Make money, that's a heck of a lot of views/subscribers

Personally, I think your account, compared to the standard of most YouTube Partners, has potential to be a YouTube Partner account. There isn't much reason to ask, though. Just try it, and YouTube will decide if your account is worthy of being a YouTube Partner.
