Does anyone know of a affiliate program software?

I need to find a affiliate program for a website i want to market.. The problem i am running into is they all need to be able to put code in the shopping cart. I do not have access to that because i am a resaler of a product and they handle the billing for me . If you know of a software that is out there that will help me out .. Please let me know . I am ready to rock and role with the affiliate thing but have hit a road block
I may have confused some people looking at this question . I own a website and would like to have other people be affiliates of MY website

but most software programs out there need to put code in your shopping cart to track people that refered the customer to MY site

umm you shouldnt have to put a code in the shopping cart with afffiliate marketing all you have to do is advertise your affiliate link and when people buy through your link you make money i dont know what affiliate program you are signed up with that makes you have to use a code unless you are using comisssion and you have to put the code on your own website not the products website
