umm you shouldnt have to put a code in the shopping cart with afffiliate marketing all you have to do is advertise your affiliate link and when people buy through your link you make money i dont know what affiliate program you are signed up with that makes you have to use a code unless you are using comisssion and you have to put the code on your own website not the products website
